Isomic is a site-specific art installation that captures the mesmerizing movement and reflections of flowing water. Balancing between technology and nature, it creates a visual illusion of continuous fluid motion, rhythmic, a fluid shape.

Isomic emerged from our material-driven approach. We observed that when a strip is rotated, a twist consistently appears at the same point. By aligning multiple strips, a rhythmic pattern of twists naturall forms. This pattern creates the illusion of water gently flowing up and down—a slow, meditative motion.

As the strips move, they catch and reflect light, producing a
dynamic interplay of highlights and shadows. The result is an
ever-shifting landscape of motion and light—calm, hypnotic,
and endlessly captivating.
